SHIPPING RATES

We offer FREE standard shipping!

TIMEFRAME

We ship all orders to a United States address via UPS or USPS.

All items will be shipped generally within 3-5 business days from the receipt of payment. Delivery times are based on business days (Mon-Fri except Holidays).

We currently do not ship internationally, but hopefully will be soon!

TRACKING

Packages are tracked, insured, and require signature upon delivery to ensure your items are delivered safely and securely! Further discrepancies should be handled between the buyer and their carrier regarding any disputes.

CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order. Same day cancellations are accepted with a 15% restocking fee.

RETURNS

We want you to be excited and love your item! However, due to the items being secondhand, all sales are considered final. We only accept returns on a case-by-case basis with approval and a 20% restocking fee. 

To initiate a return, please contact us within 48 hours at info@ladyluxecollection.com. Items must be returned in the same condition as when received with tags. 

Once we have received & inspected the condition of the returned item, the buyer will be notified if return has been approved and will be refunded on original form of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for your financial institution to process and show the refund on your bank statement. 

Please review all photos and descriptions of each item prior to purchasing. If you have any questions before purchasing, please reach out and we’d be happy answer any questions! 

Lady Luxe Collection will offer a full refund if a bag is proven inauthentic via a trusted 3rd party site. Please see our authenticity page for more info!

EXCHANGES

We do not accept exchanges. 

DISCLAIMER 

All items are final sale. No exchanges or refunds. Buyer agrees to accept the terms that all items are vintage and/or preloved and accept the imperfections it has.

In the case that you, the customer, initiate a chargeback with your credit card company for any deposit, intentionally or mistakenly, we reserve the right to block your account. A comprehensive investigation by Lady Luxe Collection will then be conducted to determine the legitimacy of the chargeback.

Fraud, including credit card fraud, is not tolerated by Lady Luxe Collection. If any occurrences are discovered, they will be thoroughly investigated and pursued according to legal measures. Lady Luxe Collection will take the necessary steps to recover any losses, including business fees, legal expenses, research fees, human resource costs, and lost income.
